1.) How to Return or Exchange?

We want our Customer should be happy and satisfied with their purchases at our website. For any reason If you are not happy with the purchase, simply send them back by following the instructions given below. We do not charge any restocking fees.

To keep up the great prices and to serve you better please adhere to the following guidelines and policies

The item is in the same new condition with tags on it and you did not use the item other than to try it.
You need to send the item back pre-paid by you within 60 Days of purchasing it.
Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.
Buyers please send original S&H for Exchanges.
All Exchanges are processed within 3/4 days after receiving item back.
Refunds will processed within 7-Days after receiving item back in original condition.
Before sending Item back please contact us for proper instructions.
Defective Item by you or damaged in transit, will be exchanged only with exact same item.
Refund or Exchange for damage item, to another size/color will not be permitted.
Any damaged item received should be informed us within 48 hours of receiving.
If we receive damaged item the item will be returned back after receiving shipping charges too.
If need Exchange Faster, Please place a New Order and send other item back asking for full refund, please include new order Number as proof, we will refund your money back minus shipping charges.
Please give us the following information needed to process the return. You can either write this information in a paper and include with returning item for our reference

2.) Return Policy for Damage Item.

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of initial receipt of order.

If you receive a damaged item, we will ship you a good one upon receiving back of the original damaged item from you. We will ship other item paying shipping charges too free of cost, But if you want a refund instead of the item, then only item price will be refunded.

If the customer is exchanging for same item in another size, shipping back is Free,

Otherwise full shipping on the item is required.

Received an item/Size that was not as ordered, what should I do?

We sometimes make a mistake and send you wrong color/size. This is very rare but if this happens please send it back to us and we will send you the color/size you asked for, and also will refund the shipping charges you incurred. But if you want refund and does not want us to correct the mistake, this will fall under our normal return policy and we can give only item price refund.
